OK, an update:

Looks like Greg was right (though I was surprised it was Zazzle who objected).

Second upload got removed due to trademark infringement. The Acura symbol. For some reason, I didn't think Zazzle would care and just let Acura protest (if they wanted to) and then remove it.

I wonder if Cafe Press is as dilligent.

I might try to upload there and see what happens.

Otherwise, there are two choices:

(1) Remove and redesign all designs with the trademark in them (nearly all of them) or
(2) Send the images to "whoever gets these kinds of requests" at Acura and ask for free permission to use them to promote in a positive way, their product.

It would be pretty cool to be authorized to use the Acura Logo. Not too many forums can say that. I saw some discussion on what type of shirt to do. It would be really cool to me if we had a smaller design that we could put on one of the chests of a polo shirt. I'm wearing t-shirts less and less nowadays. They just seem like they are for kids, not adults with professional careers (that sounds conceited). I generally only wear them when its time to do laundry again.

Maybe time to get in touch with Sky and ask him if he has / had permission to use the Acura logo on the AW Header.

Or, find a vendor who isn't quite so "cautious.l"

Or, Make a project out of getting in touch with Acura Headquarters in CA and getting permission.

So, unless someone here at AW has a license to use the word Acura, as in the forum name for instance, this looks like a lot of wasted time. If AW has permission/license to use the symbol or wording, perhaps there is a way to extend it to the sale of t-shirts, etc.

BTW, the one in question that was removed was the last one...the red and black sort of modern design.
