Impressive stuff...

Shows how well the TL-S 6MT competes to the Lexus IS350 even in the straights.

Props to TL-S 6MT. If it was the AT version the IS350 would be walking all over the TL-S.

I'ts not uncommon for bone stock IS350's to hit the very low 13's and scratch high 12's with minor mods.

Stock IS350 hitting "very low" 13's is a lie, or an exaggeration. Their realistic numbers are in the high 13's, 13.5~ 13.9.

Yes of course, the IS350's best run will be faster than the Type-S 6MT's best run. I'm not arguing on that.

But in the twisties and hard cornering the Type-S 6MT mops the bathroom and kitchen floor with the IS350. Maybe the basement floor too...

IS350 is nice, luxury, has very good build quality. But it's not a track car...
