honda accord tailgating me - Acura Forum

tonite when i was getting some food at wendy's, i was at a traffic light and when i accelerated the car behind was tailgating me up the ass. I knew it was someone young or one of those cars that are hooked up because it had custom blue headlights. It was a honda accord white coupe v-6. No mods from the looks of it on the outside.

Once the other car was cleared he then switch lanes and passed me. Instead of passing me fast he kinda of passed me slowly, you know i guess to see who was driving plus my car has tinted and exhaust system so people are curious as well.

Then he went fast down the road. Later up the road i started going fast and was behind him. i put it in ss and downshift to 2 gear and stepped on it. I passed him fast and you can see he was accelerating faster too , i guess trying to race me. I went to 3rd gear and he was accelerating fast to but he could not keep up. I was in 3rd gear going 45-50mph but i had to slow down cause cars where in front of me up ahead.

We stopped again at a light he went to the last lane on the right. I was behind a car and he was in the front right lane alone. GReen came and he drove fast downt the road. THis guy was trying to race but he could not keep up with me. ha....

This may be "Bragging Rights" material, I guess...

"3rd gear going 45-50mph"?? That's the beginning of 2nd gear for me. I don't hit 3rd until 70.
Best thing to do with cars like that (with those dumb as blue lights that they think makes their cars look cool), is let them go. Don't let them get you into trouble.

man, this only reminds me of one time a modded accord v6 was trying to race my modded gs400. i wasted him so badly

What? You don't think his modified GS400 will beat a modified Accord? I guess it would depend on the mods, but unless he's got NOS or even turbo, I don't doubt that.

Ooops, sorry for not explaining. The GS400 is too nice of a car to race the Accord. Not to mention the 300horsepower and the 310Torque will pull the shit out of the Accord, even if it is a modded V6 accord(which there aren't much major mods for). No way that the car can take the GS400. Just say that because he was racing the accord. Sorry about that.

well of course, if he has serious turbo or sc maybe he can beat me, heck you can make the accord into a drag car and 10 secs no problem. but on the street driving, and with all the stickers on his car, i went

and let him tasted a bit of what real power is... i have 19s and that still helped him to pull lengths on him

of course, as usual, he thought he won when i let go and he flew by
