My MINI S vs a RSX Type S - Acura Forum

..and we started at 40mph both in second gear.....neck and neck really....but then I got a few inches on him only b/c he had to shift before I did. He was nicely modded on the exterior (body kit, lowered, 18s)...but still only had 200 hp so no mods for him on his engine. I have the rogue intake and that's it right now.

I told him I have about 157 at the wheels (based on a dyno from rogue) and he was certainly surprised. He probably has 175-180 at the wheels wouldn't you say??

However, i feel like the RSX should be a slightly heavier car...anyway, I really did like what he did to his ride. One of the nicest RSX's I've seen frankly.

Mini will definately win. Especially the S. Those things are light as a mothafu%ker. NO DOUBT!!

i beat a mini s in my gsr. i guess maybe because my car isn't stock though. the mini's are pretty quick though.

The Mini Cooper S and the GS-R are very close in performance (stock).

The RSX Type-S should be able to outrun it in a drag race.

Mini cooper S seem like it weighs 1000LBS. Those things are smaller than Civic. Seem more like a CRX that is under 2000LBS.

You are certainly very bad at giving the correct weight of vehicles. The mini is not under 2000 lbs, and it is certainly not 1000lbs. You have gotten these vehicles weights wrong more than once already, maybe next time you will do a search on the net and get some correct info.

greatest, why is this so hard to believe? the car's weight STARTS at 2618 and goes up from there depending on option. the double sunroof alone adds 64 lbs, the 17" wheels weight 26lbs and the run flat tires are no featherweights either...it all adds up.
