race Civic Type-R jdm Vs. TL-S

i finally raced my friends civic which he got a jdm upgrade with a type R engine, headers, and everything.

anyway the race was close but once i switch gears my car jumps ahead. i didnt race over 90mph because i didnt want to get a ticket or crash since my insurance isn't the best. anyway he had a 4 door civic i think a 95 or 96 stick.

not a bad run... but a civic is a civic. no matter what engine. until a turbo hits it... then you've got some problems.

Why can't these things be tested on a track? especially if it is with a friend? you will likely get better numbers with less variables... and a lot less lives are at risk...

Please drive safe...

yes i didnt drive reckless. i didnt go past 90mph. i asked him to go to a track and give me some numbers. i never race because i just cant afford the risks. tickets, acidents, hospitals. its not worth it.

Breaking the speed limit is breaking the speed limit. Doesn't matter if you "only" took it to 90mph.
