god i want to go hit a track when they open up where i live.
i see that u havent done any internal work to ur rsx. its a non type-s correct?
have u takin it to a dyno to see what kind of numbers it puts down?
do u have any plans for building the engine in the future?

I'm putting 160 hp at the axles at the moment.as far as my plans is to swap in a K20A2 with some headwork done

looks like you had fun nonetheless.. thats all that is important... faster laptimes will come with seat time/familiarity...

looks like the infield only?

btw.. why do they call it a time attack and not a time trial? same type of thing right? i also couldn't tell which one was you to see how well you were doing in your group on the results page for laptimes/groups...

I looked at my time results, and I ended up last in the back. Oh well, I'm still pretty green to this track anyway, plus I was running too low of tire pressures, so I was rolling over onto my sidewalls. Eh, Better luck next time. 1:27.xx still isn't too bad for this course I me thinkith. Espically since I broke a front sway bar endlink during practice, so I think that hurt me a bit as well.

Oh, and I guess the reason for "time attack" instead of "time trial" is because you only have 5 laps to get your shit done whereas for most time trial, you have a full 20 min or 30 min session. That and it sounds JDM. LOL

sort of like the one-lap of america challenge... you get 3 runs to log your fastest time.

when you are doing these "time attacks" are there other cars/traffic out there with you? in time trials, if you are the faster car, you have to pass openly to maintain good laptimes... in the one lap, the cars stagger their starts so you hopefully have a clear track to run your fastest...

time trial rules are very similiar to the qualifiy rules for racing too.. run your fastest in the 20-30 min session and your fastest times determines your starting position...
