Duh...I doubt even half the members here have been to the track. I would bet more people on this forum have engaged in a street race than people that race at a track

Does it matter? Not every forum has to be hopping with people...besides, we can now keep this for possible future use down the road. It certainly doesn't bother me. One less forum to moderate with such meaningless threads like this one.

Personally, I could care less either way...but I'm assuming what you mean is that if the forum allows talk of street racing that the forum is promoting it? That doesn't make sense...if thats the case this forum promotes lots of stupid crap (Drugs, racism, etc.) And I think we all know that it doesn't.

And there again you've proved yourself to be completely removed from car heritage, history and enthusiasm.....

Is there a point to the senseless banter? Honestly?

You realize that your 97 RL that has a 210-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 (specs taken from: http://www.nctd.com/review-drive.cfm?ReviewID=283) has less than 200 hp going to the wheels?

Lest we forget the 3660lb curb weight....

I do realize that, but I like the torque of the V6 and steady power.

bottom line, you just slapped yourself in the face

and with a car light as mini, you don't necessary need that kind of tq imho. basically if the car is faster than yours, that's all i care

hey, where's the TRACK in this thread anyway

hey whiteac... chill out. you've just been warned. i'm not going to have you tramp all over this forum waiting for us to make it about road racing stories again. we'll just ban you instead. go find another forum to share your road racing stories....and come here to talk about your RL.
