audio problem

so i was on a 200mi drive home from school and bumpin some tunes and after about 100 miles, when the bass hit the music would cut out. now when i turn the music up the cd player shuts off and then turns back on.
im thinkin maybe a fuse or the battery or something. help plz!

ok now when i turn it on my amp makes a clicking noise. the rms power of my amp and sub are about the same. is it my amp wire fuse or my cd player fuse or what? Help!!

usually when u go for a long period of time playing your stereo at a high volume, the amps would shut itself down due to heat

it wasnt hot though... ok so i am not sure what i did, but i had a blue wire hanging down behind my deck and i was like wtf? im thinking it was the remote wire, so i push it up towards the deck and its bumpin fine now. mustve been a lil loose. w/e
