Brake problem

I just bought some new rotors and pads for my car and ready to replace them tomorrow. But one of the rotor's bolt is stripped. So, I have to do a drill & tap. I have no idea how to do that. Does anyone know how to do it properly because I don't want to fuck up and have more repairs to be done.

What is the rotor's bolt?

Are you talking about the screw that holds the rotor in? A Caliper bolt? Caliper pin?

What year and model car? Front or rear?

Bump! Are we talking about Integra here? A photo you have put below your thread? Anyway, whenever I go crazy fixing my car, I always end up asking help from my mechanic. Mechanics knows best, you know.
