Installing a Few Aftermarket parts and was hoping for feedback please

Basically i have a Acura TSX 2005 AT that is my daily driver and i was hoping to upgrade its performance a bit... This car is as stock as it gets and ive been reading and am basically going to list what i thinking of doing with my car and i hope people more knowledgeable than me can guide me...

Im just going to sum up my questions here and list the parts later

1) Where do i get the Acura 2004 TSX ECU chip?

2) Please Help me decide between the Comptech and DC Sport

I would like to thank EuroR08 for letting me know that the GReddy SP2 will sound raspy with a header so as of right now i have no idea what to pick...
Im just looking for a really deep growl that is not raspy when you are flooring it and hopefully is not too loud...
