Say what? I don't really understand what you're saying. You mean you don't know what kind of engine it is or what I've done do it.

Sounds really meaty and agressive. I like the smoothness of the sound, there appears to be no popping pulsing or buzzing. Overall great sound I like it a lot.

So wait, if you took the resonators out, are you just running open header?

No, still have stock mufflers on. You should have heard it when I took the mufflers off, hoochi momma. I love these quad cam v8s.

Someday, if I have the time and money, I want to swap this engine in an ae86 or supra chassis.

Something like a good Apexi or Skunk2 would sound beastly on that thing...swap it into an SC400, now that would be sick.

Found a video that has universal N1 style mufflers, sound is sick. LS400 and SC400 have the same engine.

This is what I was thinking of getting done: magnaflow mufflers, 2.25 inch piping, and magnaflow x pipe.

That magnaflow's definitely a more raw sound, but I dig 'em both.

And I know that the SC400 had the same engine, but at least around here an original SC400 is pretty hard to come by. It'd be much easier to snag a 300 and then drop your engine in, then sell the I6 to some Supra kid or something.

You think 2.25'' would be big enough piping for a V8? What's the stock pipe size on that sucker?

I thought about putting my engine in an sc300 chassis but don't really see an upgrade from it. I've seen people put the 1uzfe motors in rx7, ae86, and even the old datsun 240 and there unbelievable on how quick and powerful they become.

I looked around seeing what other diameters of piping people have on and they usually stick with 2.25 or 2.5, I would have to ask someone if it would benefit from getting 3 inch piping. I think the stock diameter is 2 inches, its not very big.

I like all the others, expecially the first one, but this one sounds terrible to me.

I like the Magnaflow best out of the 3.

Man, never thought I'd say that in the import context.....
