1999 Acura TL Headlights

Hey Im looking to replace my 1999 Acura TL headlights because the ones on my car are fading. I did some research and the dealer wants way to much for them, so I kept searching and I found this website Headlights Depot . Their prices are very good and they offer free shipping, but before I purchase something from them, i would like to know if anyone in this forum dealt with them before.

Some feedback will be gladly appreciated.

Thank you,

I've never purchased from them... but just did a search on google.

4.7/5 star rating from their customers. But maybe search around on forums and make sure.

If one headlamp is "fading" (not as bright as the other) it could be either the bulb OR the ballast.

Swap the bulbs side-to-side to see, before you purchase the wrong component.

He just means that they are faded on the outside of the lens

In that case, you can just get one of the headlight restoration kits and buff them back to looking brand new

oops...Yeah I see that now...

x2 on using the headlamp polish kits. They work great...try and find a kit that includes some kind of UV protector, otherwise you will be polishing your covers once a year.

I see you have a 95 Mustang. Those headlights can get REALLY bad.

On some of the Fords headlamps there IS a clearcoat, and that deteriorates really fast.
