bought a 2000tl with 146000 did inspection looked used but good had tranny fluid changed and looked over all good now have noticed a lot of fluid under the car when i park it at night runs decent been checking fuid seems okay but really loosing alot am i screwed

I'm guessin' since it's the only fluid you mention, that you are pretty sure that the leaking fluid is tranny fluid. any leaking fluid is really not an indication of anything except a leak. try to find where the leak is coming from... who knows, you might be able to fix your problem with just a bottle of ATF stop-leak. but the leak by itself really can't tel you much about the overall condition of the tranny, so I don't know if you are "screwed". You will be pretty screwed if you drive without enough ATF for an extended period of time.
