Acceleration and Brake Noise

I have 2003 Acura Type-S with 61,000 miles,
I feel that it accelerates less and I dont feel the power. I drove my friends 2001 Camry V6, Avalon 1999 and infity 2002 I30. I feel my car feels less sporty then all these. But it should be other way around.

I am also getting a noise from my brake, I have changed my brake pads, etc and still get the noise when stopping in the light and starting.

Any infomration is greatly appreciated.
