Looking for some help... Best Tranny Fluid

I was wondering if someone can please guide me in the best direction for my 02 TL-S 165k mi for transmission fluid?

I've read enough blogs and forums to last a lifetime but none are specific with what fluid they used after experiencing the "known tranny issue"

The CEL is the issue to be Torque Solenoid.

Some history, I've had this car for about 4 years and love it. No major maintenance issues, oil changes, brakes, etc.
Thou sadly, I was not very good to the transmission and wasn't fully aware of this known problem.

So to get the most of out my beautiful car, please let me know what would be the best fluid to use? Thank you...

OE Honda ATF, can't go wrong with the manufacturer recommended fluids. How often do you change it? Also, no power flushes. They are generally highly advised against by Honda.

I've only changed the fluid once since I've owned it. And that was 3 weeks ago. The car actually ran well for about week and a half. Now same issues as before. I just ordered the solenoid.
