Service at Sunnyvale Acura

I had my back seat leather replace once since my rear center arm rest came off and scartch the leather. And when they install the leather they were missing the little tab which locate in the back of the seat.

So when the factory called me and ask me about the service I mention the problem to them and they called Sunnyvale Acura to ask me to bring the vehicle back and let the service director take it look the seat. The director decide to replace the entire back seat for me just in case they will mis up again..

I just drop off my vehicle this morning and they gave me a brand new loaner car to drive for the whole day. But I think I will keep the car for the whole weekend since I'm working today till late late and tomorrow.

I just want let you guys know that Sunnyvale Acura has a nice service, and I recommend to go there if you have any problem with your vehicle..
