1996 Acura 2.5 TL Sound System Specs?

Hello All,

I'm new here and I've tried Google, relative searches, etc and still haven't found a good solid answer. Hopefully one of you can help me out.

All I need to know is what the stereo specs are for a '96 2.5 TL, as in what are the specs for the front speakers, rear 6x9s, etc? I have the premium edition and I think the sound system is Bose, but I want to replace all the speakers. What are the front speaker specs (dimensions, wattage, rms power, peak power, ohm)??? For some odd reason I can't find this anywhere. Thanks if anyone can help!!!!

Bruce (my car) has been good to me, but the speakers are losing it. Time to upgrade

Front speakers are 6.5" Panasonic/Matsushita units, and the rear just states that it's a 6 x 9, I'd assume Panasonic as well. Your OEM audio unit is also a Panasonic.

Acura doesn't provide any specs on the system, however you may be able to glean some information online with the Panasonic model numbers stamped on the speaker frames.
