power lock on passenger side - Acura Forum

hey whats up im new to the acura site

i just bought a 1997 2.2 cl and i have already had to replace the driver side window regulator and axles

now my passenger side door lock doesnt lock and open except manually.. any suggestions?

it might seem like a stupid answer but it happened to me.

check to see if the switch is connected behind the panel.

My 97 2.2 CL had the same problem. It was the power lock actuator. I got a replacement unit and it works fine now. It is a real pain in the a$$ to change, FYI.

There are 2 possibilities.

1. Open circuit in wiring circuit from left to right door lock actuators.
2. Door lock actuators faulty.
