Hi guys. i been tryin to get ahold of Mike for a while now. anyone know if he is in japan, or if u see this mike, i need u to call me back bout my rims. been 5 weeks and ur worryin me. said id have them in 4 weeks and said ud have trackin number in 2 weeks. u havent called me since the day i ordered them? do u guys know where he is? trip to japan or somethin? thanks

dont worry too much.... from the stories i hear online, its ordinary for him to LAGG. I asked for a quote for some GS parts, but never got a answer

But i trust him just bcuz he's been a TLer since day one!!! He got my friends Blaze grill, took about 2 months, but hey, IT COST TO B DA BOSS!!

from what i hear, mike can take a while, but he'll get to you!just give him time..he's a busy mabn.

although it probably is hard waiting on some new rims.....(zaubers)

but again, dont think he's trying to avoid you.........he's not!

i have personally never dealt with Mike(ValueTL), but with this reputation, how is he a preferred vendor?

I know there have been several negative issues brought against Mike, but I have also seen several customers that are fiercely loyal to him for the unusual product he brings to the market. Clearly if you're looking for quick response, his trip schedule does not lead into that. I have personally asked him to make it very clear what his intentions are here, as we don't allow for AWPVs to give poor service. As you noted FLAcuraTLS, we'd rather get rid of a preferred vendor that's not putting out than deal with repercussions of keeping someone that doesn't fit our bill. I'm not in any way saying that Mike necessarily is an unfitting AWPV, just that we're looking into it.

Yeah I read the post, but it's not like Mike didn't want to correct the problem. Mike told the dude to send the wheels back for an inspection, but the guy refused. So how is Mike gonna give satisfaction to the customer in this situation?

Yeah he did refuse to send them back. But on the other hand he had to wait two months to get them in the first place. Two more weeks to get them to Hawaii for Mike to look at them, two more months to get another set. So you see the problem with that.
