Diamond Plate Floormats
Just to let you guys know, we should have diamond plate floormats available for the '99-03 TL's within 3 weeks or so. We're measuring a car for it right now. These mats are a little extreme for a lot of people, if you like subtle then they're not for you. But we got enough interest and inquiries to make them for the TL. You can check out pics of our other applications at www.ap-signworks.com or www.evolution-autodesign.com We are the originators of the mats, been doing it for almost 5 years now so the fitment and finish will never be an issue.
Retail price is set at $180, but the forum price will be $135+shipping and it's a 5 piece set. Fronts, rears, and footrest. When we get these done, all of our dealers will have them for $180+, heck NOPI will sell them for $230, so $135 is a good price. I know there is one other company that has approached some TL members about his diamond plate floormats. But an FYI, they're made in his garage with "a special machine that he custom built" which based on his work appears to be a table saw. So if someone claims to have them for less, look more closely at the pics of his and ours when we get them and you'll see the differences. The fit, finish, and attention to detail won't compare. When the mats are in production, they will always be in stock ready to ship. The mats are done totally in house out of material we always have in stock, so we won't run into the issues we had with the doorsills which I'm sure all of you are familiar with ![]() |

Like I said before, it's not for everyone. It is kind of extreme and it's a love it or hate it thing. But we got enough interest from people who wanted it to go ahead and make them.
