Interest: Carbon Fiber Engine Covers

Hi All,

I wanted to see if there would be some interest in having some Carbon Fiber Engine covers made to replace the current plastic pieces on the intake manifold and front valve cover?

I will be talking to our Carbon Fiber guy next week and wanted to get some kind of idea if we should just do one set (mine) or if others would like them too. We did some gauge cluster surrounds for the Civic Si guys a couple of years ago and they turned out really nice.

I will be shooting for around a $500 price-point. I am almost positive that we will be able to do better, but just wanted to put some kind of reference out there.

Please let me know.

Thanks
Dean

You can get CF hoods for way cheaper. I'd be interested if the price were right.

I didn't get a chance to talk to him this week, but will very soon. I know the $500 sounds like a lot, but I did not want to say I could have them done for cheap and the price come back high--I would rather quote high and them come back less expensive.

Thanks
Dean
