great customer service! i would definitely refer them to anyone who needs OEM parts for there acura or honda!!!
and i got a free set of wheel locks!  you can actually talk to someone on the phone and its not like pulling teeth to get quotes and customer service!  now hopefully i can get my crack fogs lights replaced this weekend...

I'd agree on this!!! I had my first experience dealing with Tim today, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely someone I'd like to deal with in the future.
Hey wait, I forgot to ask about those wheel locks!

Yes, agreed, Tim is a great person to work with. I got my underbody kit at a great price and was delivered to San Diego in a matter of days.
However, doesn't this belong in the AWPV forum??

Don't worry - I haven't done business with him, but with both his affiliated dealerships (yes there are two Ray Laks - one in W. Seneca one in Amherst) and had no problems. The head service guys in Amherst are great too.
So if he screws anyone i can go beat him up lolj/k

Yes it does, but only mods and AWPVs can create threads in the AWPV forum so this is the right way to get it moved.

lemme addd something to this post...Tim has worked with me ever since I posted about my WDP lip not matching...and its obvious to see that he is keeping up with me unlike my local service people...I can clearly see that this guy is out to work for not only making money, but to actually help customers who are in need. Again tim, i reallllly appreciate your help and hopefully my problme will be solved soon. Keep up the great work tim!~
