Edmunds is horrible for this kind of information.

This is my guess:
SH-AWD with the turbo-4 from the RDX, retuned for more hp and less torque.

I'm hoping for that, but for some reason, I'm doubting that will happen.

My guess is the same 4 banger FWD that we see now... just a face lift.

Ryan, it already got a facelift. 08 will be the FMC. 06 was already the MMC.

That's true.

Just for some reason I'm doubting SH-AWD and the turbo 4... maybe because it's too good to be true?

Well they're trying to differentiate themselves from Honda more. If you haven't noticed, all Acuras are moving over to SH-AWD to help achieve this. The TSX is next in line, then the TL. Adding SH-AWD will add a considerable chunk of weight, and a turbo-4 would be necessary.

At some auto shows, Acura has had a sedan concept vehicle I believe called the Sports-4 concept (same size and with a resemblacne to the current TSX), with a turbo 4-cyl and SH-AWD, and it's been hinted at that this could be the next gen TSX.

Ah, I did hear that.

I guess it's more possible than I thought.

It is too small to be an Accord in the U.S. The Sports-4 concept isn't much larger than the current TSX. And I highly doubt the next Accord will have a turbo 4 cylinder and SH-AWD. Also there have been pictures circulating around of what the new Accord may look like. It looks like a much more elongated and more aggressive looking Civic.

Here are pics from vtec.net on the Sports-4 concept.

Thank you for the pics, I wonder how close the 2008 tsx will look to this.
I don't see any door handles? Do you guys?
I also don't see any windshield wipers? interesting.

the side mirrors look like they are cameras...

It's a concept car...

Most manufacturer's don't bother putting windshield wipers on a concept car

They did the same thing with the TL concept, right down to the side cameras instead of the mirrors, but then of course the production vehicle came out with regular mirrors. So expect the same for this, and expect real door handles too.

I thought it was rumored a while back that the TL would have wind jets of sorts to blow the air off of the windshield, in place of windshiled wipers, maybe they will roll that out in 2008 on the tsx, but probably wishful thinking on my part.
