Buying '04 TSX - What to look for?

Hi guys, I've done a bit of browsing around the boards and the rest of the web in search of known issues and things to look for before I sign on the dotted line for an '04 TSX. Anything you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Specs are as follows:

-91,000 mi
-mtx
-Just went in for it's 90k checkup, brakes & tires replaced recently.
-Owner said that timing belt/chain (which is it?) nor the serp belts have been replaced.

Everything else is stock and it has never been involved in an accident. Upon a test drive everything appeared to be in working order and I did not hear/feel any strange vibrations, the car drove well.

Also - what do you think I should be paying for a car like this?

It has a timing chain........and I dont really know of any known issues, except the backlighting going out on the dash and it's covered under warranty. What's "mtx"? What state are you purchasing the car in? Is it stick?
