CD Player not being recognized?

So, I have an '05 MT w/ non-nav. The car got back from the body shop about a month or two ago. I just noticed that the CD player is not being recognized (maybe the aux too?). If I hit the XM/Aux/CD button, the option for the CD player doesn't even come up. Also, nothing happens if I try to load or eject a CD. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Yeah but the car was rear ended so they were never inside the car. Any chance something could have happened if/when the battery was disconnected? Or maybe they didn't disconnect the battery and something shorted out when they were welding????

I would look for a wire unplugged first followed by a blown fuse. Check the easy stuff out first. Does it light up at night with the headlights on?
Let us know what you find out.
