Yeah, the pilots suck ass....

I put the ContiExtremeContact on mine. I love them, and highly recommend them.

Go grab them from TireRack:

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes

..a great all season/high perf tire.

AHHH, I call that a legitimizing factor to buy the Conti's

I tinkered a bit with the Tire Rack site since we have a wholesale account with them. My only problem with the Conti's is the lower than recommended load rating. (91 vs 93(XL)) I did however research the Yoko Avid V4S and saw nothing but excellent reviews from Acura owners at around the same $$. Just another opinion since I'm still doing everything I can to wear out the factory Pilots. Hope this helps.

oops...

I did forget to mention, however, that I live in Houston so I will NEVER have to worry about a tire performing in snow. If it snows here they shut the city down... I mention this since not one of the reviews said anything about snow performance. My two pennies deposited...

I'm gonna need some tires with at least some respectable amount of snow traction. We don't get a lot of snow around here...generally less than 6 inches at any given time... However, we do get a lot of ice and slush during the winter.
