TSX headlights.

Has anyone planned on clearing out their TSX headlights? Was wondering if anyone had thought about this. Anyone know how the mirror signal bulbs are accessible, i'm thinking of changing them to clear bulbs when I clear out the headlights.

Those bulbs in mirror housings are actually LEDs.... So, I don't know if it's that easy to change.....

How is it gonna look cleared??............Taking out the yellow plastic piece on the inside of the headlight would make it look "empty". The JDM headlights have the clear plastic reflector unlike the yellow ones that come with the US ones. If anyone clears out the headlights please post pics. I'm curious to know what it looks like without the plastic piece.

TSX High Beams

Question.....What category of High Beam bulbs are currently on the TSX? Are they H3's? Also, can I install other brighter bulbs, like hyperWhites without having to modify anything?

Thanks,

JJay

Thanks,

The bulb type for the TSX highbeams are H1's. I believe philips makes a brighter white bulb replacement for our yellowish highbeams.

oh and no modification.........just a straight swap.

Thanks for the quick reply....

But will the Phillips Bulbs task the electrical system in anyway?(i.e., like the lights dimming due to power draw while the car is idle?

I forgot.......the bulbs are called Phillips Vision Plus. They claim 50% more light and an extra 20 meter beam.

PIAA Xtreme White H1 Bulbs

I can't attest to this, but they say that they look very much like HIDs

Does anyone know if there are any white replacement bulbs for the OEM foglights? I plan on getting the above mentioned high beam replacements and would love to get the foglights replaced too as they are also yellow...
