Voice-activated CD Player Problem?

2008 TSX NAVI

When I use voice control to request a CD track, the voice repeats my command back to me...however, the first track gets played, regardless of my command. Dealer showed me that this is common on all '08 TSX (we tried 2 or 3 others sitting on the lot and customer service vehicles). the manual states that this function should work. Anybody else notice this "defect"? How can I reach Acura to complain/get a resolution?

I have never had that problem with any of my Acuras.

Try saying "CD play Disk 1 Track 4" as an example. Use the 2 commands as 1 and see what happens

Good luck

Thanks for the suggestion to use both disc and track monikers. After a 2-week, 2500-mile beach vacation, I think I have finally figured out how to make it work.
