Driver's side window not rolling down 97 integra

Today the driver's side window stopped moving at all.
I was trying to crack the window a little bit, it started to move all the way down, so I tried to counter it to get it to stay where it was, so then it just rolled it's self all the way up and now won't move at all.

Regulator or motor?
The switch still makes the clicking sound, but nothing happens, all other doors work.

Actually the switch for the driver's side window doesn't work, the motor and everything still tries to, but the switch gave out so the window won't roll up or down.
Honda quoted me about $250 just for the switches.
