Installing a custom Grill in my 00 Acura Integra GS

I recently purchased an 00 Integra Gs and it appears that the previous owner had installed fog lights then tore them out. When I say tore, i mean ripped them the heck out of there along with the plastic molding. Needless to say that area looks pretty nasty and i'd like to install a grill if possible to make it look better. Since the wires are already run for fog lights (switch is still in the car) id like to make room in the grill for new fog lights to be mounted.

Any suggestions on how to do this?
