My Car won't start

driving my car home it ran hot and turned off and wouldnt start again. got it checked out turns out my head gasket blew when it ran hot so i got a new one installed and the car still wouldnt start. the timing is right, im getting spark, what else could be the problem? I saw the camshaft sensor a little melted could that be why the car isn't starting??
