Need Help With My Driver Side Window In A 1997 RL

I had just installed a sub in the trunk, and left work today and it worked fine, i had the sub on pretty loud (its a 12" L7 so its loud but not THAT loud) and i pull into school and try to roll up my window and it goes up about 4-5 inches and just stops dead. I cant pull it up at all, and it does roll down, then back up to the same position. I cant see any obstructions or anything in the way. Anyone have that problem before? I dont feel like paying some jack ass at a local shop to do it, and if need be I will but id rather do it myself, so I was just hoping someone might let me know if its happened before, how they fixed it.
