Paint Prepping

I know when getting a paint job the prepping is the most important thing and I wanted to get my car painted and maybe wanted to knock out a few steps before I get to a shop so I was wondering what I could do to prep my car before paint. i.e. material and such

Thanks

The paint job is one of the more expensive parts of your build and if you can do it yourself you can save a lot of money. If you do good prep work and set your gun correctly you should be able to paint it yourself.
