Replace Crank Front Seal on Acura Integra GSR

Hi All - I'm thinking of replacing the timing belt on my 95 Acura Integra GSR. I've read a number of different posts on how to do this. Most reference replacing the front seal on the crankshaft, but I haven't seen any detailed instructions on how to pull the old seal out, and put the new seal in, once the crank pulley has been removed. Anyone have any references or posts that detail those steps?

Thanks in advance.
