2006 TL - HFL Constantly "Booting Up" - Acura Forum

I recently acquired a 2006 5AT TL. Great car! I have issues with my HFL indicating "booting up" 99% of the time. Occasionally it's fine, and I was able to pair my Razr with it and use it.

I finally found out about handsfreelink.com and sent a question in. Their response was to see a dealer... "Please contact your local Acura dealership for further assistance. The HandsFreeLink system needs to be re-booted by an Acura technician."

Anyone have a clue as to how an Acura technician might reboot the HFL? Is this something that I can do as a pretty mechanically adept person?

Any other thoughts??
