I put on a set of Continental Extreme Contact DWS a few months ago, and I am very pleased with them. Quiet, smooth, grip well if I have to aggressively brake, and in the medium price range.
Es466, from the previous post, we both have the same tires on our car. I do not recall if your model is base or S, but I use mine in all weather; you just need to drive relaxed, plus I do not know why you wouldn't be under those circumstances.
You may live in an area that has a lot worse storms than me, if so please neglect my thoughts. Maybe it is just cali life, but we keep summer's all year long.
