How much should I pay for an 2005 TL?
What's up,
This is my first posting. I am interested in purchasing a 2005 Acura TL with navigation (6 speed), b/w 45,000 and 55,000 miles. I was just wondering what price would be a good deal. This would be my first car and I'm trying to get the best deal possible. I've looked up KBB but don't know if thats a reliable source for negotiating Thanks! |

I m not expert in this, but r u talking about buying from car dealers or private party? Is it certified or not? I would think all those can possibly make a few grant difference in price. Either way I think because of the gas price and economy, a V6 luxury car is probably not particularly high in demand and u might have a little more bargain power in your hand to bargain it down. I bet if tried hard enough, u might be able to bargain it down to $20K plus or minus $2k depends on your luck. But I can be completely wrong..don't take my words for it.

Man you should try to get a certified TL. I just purchased a certified pre-owned 2005 with 33,000 miles on it, NAV package, XM radio, and liftime warranty for $25,000.

Wow u r being very hopeful, but is not entirely impossible. If u really can get a 05 TL w/Navi for $18.5K, it may probably be justified for not having it certified. Otherwise, maybe u should do what yn1scott suggest, get a certified one cuz god knows what can happen to your car that can cost u a few more grants of repairs.

All you need to do is go to the Acura dealer. I went online first, to the Acura web page, found a dealer near me and searched. But you also need to get a certified preowned TL. Its really like having a new car. Everything is covered. Good luck man.

Hi! I am new to this forum... but like scott said above... a certified would be good. I too just bought a Certified 2005 with 22,000 miles on it for $25k. Great car ...my first Acura.

I just got an '05 w/nav with 12K miles for 22K private party sale. I think that's a pretty good deal. Most others were 30-40K miles going for 24-26K, some private party and some certified pre-owned.

I just found this forum today. But I got my 05 TL without nav and got it certified for like $18,500. The car had about 54K miles though.
