Need some advice, please.

I'm considering buying a 2004 Acura TL w/66,000 miles. Looks to be in very good condition. Dealer is asking $11,999. I think A good price, out the door, would be no more than $11,500. What do you all think? Also, what about this model and year? Did this model year experience any major problems? Are these reliable vehicles? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

what does edmunds, kbb, and cars.com say?

cars are local items so you need to see what they are selling for in your area. dealer prices are usually 3-4k more then what they got it for.

It's a good price, though I tend not to buy cars with more than 50K miles.
