Would Saab rims bolt up to my 2004 Acura Tl ?

You'd have to get the specs on the SAAB rims. Check this site:

It has info on your TL rims, but nothing on the Saab.

What year is your TL? If it has a 5 bolt pattern, I have some rims from a 96 RL that would fit. Pictures here:
