Planning on Purchasing 2008 TL-S
Hi, I'm new to the forums and want to purchase a '08 TL Type S, 5 Spd AT. I don't want any additional exterior, interior accessories. MSRP from Acura's site came out to be $38,225.00. Just have several questions below:
1. I'm wondering how much you paid for the TL-S out the door? Trying to find the best deal possible. 2. Which Southern California dealer did you purchase from? 3. How much discount did you get on the car? Any info would be a great help and much appreciated. Thanks!  |

As I am from the midwest I cant really help you in terms of a local dealer but when I purchased my 2007 Type S last year I purchased it for approximately $150 over invoice (before taxes, title and license). Not sure what registration fees, tax rates ect.... are in your area so to figure out the door pricing would be difficult. I dont see why you shouldnt be able to purchase the car for invoice price. Planning on Purchasing 2008 TL-S Part II: Purchased!!
For those of you who helped me out in my previous thread with the same title, this is Part II....I got my TL-S!! Woohoo
Thanks for everyone's help. I picked up my 2008 Carbon Bronze TL-S on Friday! Got it for $37.7K OTD w/ 0.9% APR for 48-M. Talked to 5 different dealers and ended up buying at Tustin Acura, CA, second cheapest quote, but the service was much better than the one who could've saved me another $150-200.
