Please Help with Nav system

I just purchased an 06 Tl and im needing to know how when someone calls or you call out using the handfree system can youg et it to show on the navigation screen thier name and number?.... ive seen it before but cant seem to get it to do it anymore

Car 1: Honda Civic EX
Car 2: Chrysler Sebring 300
Car 3: Acura TL-S
I think the cell phone/provider you're using have something to do with that feature. I cannot export/sync my address book with the Handfree system so have not (and don't expect) to see the names of incoming callers, but their telephone number will appear. I may be wrong but I think once you've paired your cell phone with the HFS you should see the incoming numbers.

Car 1: 99 Mazda Protege
Car 2: 07 TL w/Navi
Is more like specific cell phone model. Has nothing to do with the provider. TL HFL system is only compatible to certain phone. In some cases, you only get to use half of the capability of your phone through HFL. In my case, my LG Venus phone can only receive call can import phonebook, but can't call out (so really is half useless)...LOL.

Try this site HandsFreeLink

It will tell you if your phone is compatible and even tell you exactly what functions of your phone are or aren't compatible.
