Make a dealership section
Add in a dealership forum such as you have with the regional meets section so that people can post their experiences good or bad with dealerships.

I think what's he trying to say is to put a dealership section, so we can leave good, or bad feedback (experiences) about local dealership we go to get our cars fixed, etc. well I think that what he meant.
