Unhappy 1990 RS cranking but not starting

ok heres my problem...

i try to start my car, its cranking but its not starting. i checked the alternator, battery, the starter is brand new, changed the cap and rotor, changed the spark plugs && wires... so those were all fine. i really dont know what else it can be.

can it be the fuel pump ? or n e thing that has to do with the fuel not getting thru !? thats the only thing that i can think of...

help !

is spark getting to the spark plugs? what happens when you turn the key to the on position? do you hear the fuel pump prime?

check your ignition switch, check your main relay.

Main Fuel Relay... Only happens when its hot.

For more info: http://www.2ndgen.info/DIY/integra/fuelrelay.html

You can try the above fix but most likely you'll need a replacement. Try Honda for lower pricing when purchasing.
