Car 1: 1991 Integra LS
91 integra auto tranny problem

I have a 91 Integra LS and just recently the tranny wouldn't shift into 2nd gear for the first 5 min of driving it, after a couple of days of it doing that the tranny just gave out on me. So i turned my car off let it sit for 5 min then start it back up and it works fine for a couple of min. I checked the transmission fluid and its fine. Maybe I'm losing pressure? or is it just junk?

Could be your shift selenoids, but most likely you're loosing your tranny. You can try replacing the selenoids but they're pretty pricey.
