94 Integra Ls Tranny

Hey guys i just have a quick question. My integra slightly grinds 3rd gear on high rpm's for example 5 grand and up. It only grinds when i shift quick but when i granny shift it doesn't grind.. I have a new clutch in it so i doubt its because the clutch isn't grabbing good enough.. I think the 3rd gear synchroniser is gone or i might need some tranny fluid i was thinking honda mtf or royal purple. What do you guys think it is????

It's the syncro's. Mine was doing the same thing 3 weeks ago when I bought it. You need to change the gear oil in it with Penzoil Synchromesh and it will almost stop completely. Mine will only grind now when I shift around 5k now. Yours sounds better than mine. If you switch to Syncromesh now it might fix yours all together.
