personally i dont think so cause i dont see what those screws even do...
but if u are going to drill them out id do it just enough to get the head of the screws to break off then use some pliers or vice grips and try to take the rest of the stud out |

The screws on the brake rotor were used solely to keep the rotor on the car during production so that they don't fall off during assembly.
It's perfectly fine to drill those out and throw them away, your wheel will keeps the rotor on.
