best gas for 92 Integra?
I just bought a 92 teg for my son.
Do the 92s prefer reg, mid grade,or premium? does it not matter?

I think 87 should be fine. The only integras that need premium juice are VTEC ones (GSR and Type-R), so unless your kid is extremely lucky and has himself a '92 GSR (they're rare as crap), you'll be OK with regular.

You shouldnt need any more than 85, 87 would be reasonable, but it shouldnt knock at all with 85. 91/92 would be pointless.

OH SHIT... sorry im in Colorado.. lol my fault.
At this elevation we can run 85 octane, 87 will do just fine if you dont have access to 85. If you do have 85 octane, your elevation is enough to run it in the honda. Sorry, that was my bad. ![]() |

i believe they said something about 85 causing it to knock... that 87 should be fine... i think whatever you consider "regular unleaded fuel" is good enuff.
