Hey guys,
I haven't been on here in awhile, but this place always give good suggestions. My dome light no longer works, checked the fuse and it wasn't blown out. The driver and passenger dome lights work fine. Any ideas of where I should check for a problem? And everytime I take a turn, the left side starts to make a loud horrible squeaky sound. I'm thinking it could be some bushings that need oil or maybe the cv boot? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks! I tried doing a search but couldn't find a direct answer to the dome light problem.

I got a new bulb and it didnt work at all, from there I checked the fuse. But nothing else seems to not work. Switched from off to on and nothing. And I will check the cv boots.

are you insert end carroded in ne way? you can put a volt meter on the wire harness to the dome light and see if its getn power....if you have a sunroof , water might seep back, and get under the back headliner and short out your power......might have to pull the whole dome light set up down to get to wires tho..? thats all i can think of....

I believe you hooked up the wrong door trigger wire. If you check the trigger wire, the reading should drop in voltage when the door striker is pressed. If the value doesn't change, you are not on the correct wire.
