Havin An Serious Problem

I have a 90 Acura Integra LS, Don't know a lot about it. Ive had it for about 7 months and haven't had any problem until now.

It just started today, I cant rev or drive above 3500 rpm's. Once i hit 3500 it bogs out and just about dies. Now its drives completely fine if i stay under 3500 but over that and i get the problem. I've herd it could be a Fuel Pump, Distributor, TPS censor and O2 Censor.

Can anyone help me out? Give me any ideas about whats causing the problem. The only thing i can really think of is it has rained for about 2 days straight here and i've driven through a couple puddles.

My vote would be the fuel pump but if your not sure just take it to a mech. depending on your financial situation.

Fuel pump: Get a fuel pressure tester and see if your FP is pumping enough psi. Diy is found in T-I articles. Easy to do.

Are you getting a check engine light?

Do you have a Cold air intake?

I dont have a cold air intake. It just starts to bog down and almost dies, Like it bogs down so hard it almost feels like im lockin up the brakes. And if its going down and i lift of the accelerator and it drops under 3500 is fine again. I can smell gas when its boggin. Also just to make sure a dizzy is the distributor.
