As some of you may know, I made a topic some time back, with the same title... But I have updates! W00!

I am now 15, and will be turning 16 on October 20th... I will be getting my license, hopefully, on October 25th, 5 days after I turn 16.

Now, I am almost certain, that I am getting my fathers 2005 Mercury Sable, which is all fine and dandy, except I don't want it!

I doubt he'd let me sell it, until I have owned it for a year or two, so, I have a few questions...

1. Do you know, about how much I will be able to sell my 2005 Mercury Sable, in one or two years?
2. In one or two years, how much do you think a stock, or close to being stock, 1996-1999 Acura Integra RS, or LS would cost?
3. If, and when I get an Acura Integra, after I give it a tune up, what should I do to it, and how much will it cost?

I'm sorry for the long post, filled with... somewhat silly questions... But I hope you guys, and gals, will have some answers.

What value anything will have down the road is like claiming to have a crystal ball to tell the future. We can only guess. I'll leave the technical stuff to the regulars on this forum, and will give you a nickle or two of free advice.

First, I don't blame you for not wanting to get a hand me down Sable!! Those things are fucking grampa cars. I know I'm old enough to be a grampa, I would't own one if it was given to me. However, at your age I hope you know the danger of looking a gift horse in the mouth.

Two, if and when you ever get your hands on an Integra, please don't walk the path of the ricer. It makes you look like a total tool.

Otherwise, stick around and learn all you can from the regulars. They know a lot.

I am dreading getting the Sable... But... It's better then nothing!

And as for "what should I do?" -- I was thinking like... Tint the windows a bit, get a lip kit, and a small muffler. And maybe, if I'm not in mad debt afterwards, some rims.

I was thinking about dropping it a couple inches... But is that really needed if I add a lip kit?
And I heard it was mighty expensive. :O

i aint really see how low i put it.

but i have to drive REALLY slow over pot holes!!

Even though I'm getting far ahead of myself, I think I'll do a lip kit first, then drop it a couple inches.

And yes, your spoons do look amazing, on your Integra. I love the black rims, black lip kit, and black hood, on the white body.
